我々は当店規定の条件で返品を受け付けます。

返品の連絡：商品の到着から1週間以内
商品の到着から1週間を過ぎると我々は返品を受け付けません。

送料と関税：お客様負担
返金の際、我々が発送の際にかかった送料を商品代金から差し引いて返金されます。

返金：お支払いただいたPayPalアカウントへの返金。
我々が返品商品を受け取り検品したあとに返金されます。
返品の際、商品にダメージがある場合はダメージ相当の金額を差し引いての返金となります。

返品手数料：商品代金の10％を手数料として頂きます。

We accept returns according to our store policy.

Notification of returns: Customer must notify us within one week of the delivery of the product.
We cannot accept returns after one week past the delivery date.

Shipping and customs fees: Paid by the customer.
In case of refund, the shipping cost we paid will be deducted from the price of the product.

Refund: The refund will be deposited to the PayPal account used for the payment.
The refund will be processed after we receive the returned products and inspect them.
If any damages are found with the returned products, corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.

Return processing fee: We charge 10% of the product price as handling fee.
