日本郵便に問い合わせましたところ、１２月～２月のはじめにかけてMexico Cityの MXMEX１という郵便局が交換業務に異常が発生しているようで、荷物が他の国へ行っていたり、出荷までに長い時間を要しているようです。
日本のEMSのシステムで調べるとメキシコの交換局に荷物があるようになっていますが、メキシコのCORREOS DE MEXICOで調べると既に日本に返送されてしまっているようになっており、情報が錯綜して本当の状態が分かりません。
On inquiry to Japan Post, a post office called MXMEX1 of Mexico City seems to have gone wrong with their exchange duties from December to February, with packages sent to wrong countries or taking longer time before shipment.
On checking by EMS Japan system, the packages appears to be in the Mexican Exchange office, however Mexican CORREOS DE MEXICOM check says as if it is returned already to Japan. As such the information is becoming snarled and no true state of things is known.
