I have tried to take payment from the card details below which you gave me

However payment isnt going through? can you please give me the following details:

Name which the card is registured to?

Address where card is registured?

Contact Number?

Once i have recieved the information i will try take payment again, sometimes it doesnt work because i am trying to take payment from a different country your bank may have put a hold on it until you confirm it is ok to proceed.
