①昨日ヒーターを受け取りました。
早速、車で使用してみました。すると、1分程で急に動かなくなりました。異常な電圧がかかったためか私の車のシガーソケットが壊れてしまいました。
私の車のシガーソケットについてはヒューズを交換するなどして治してみますが、商品についてはどういった対応をしていただけるのでしょうか？私は返金を望みます

② When you send the item, would you please make the recipient name addressed to Yuriko Yoshida but not Kent Tanaka.
➂I would not mind what method you would take, but please send it cheapest and quickest way to Japan.
