Hello I am 〇〇. I bought the Coleman lantern from you last year.
I noticed something when I took a look at it a while ago.
I could not find the Coleman funnel, which was supposed to be included.
Did you ship it with the lantern?
Please let me know.

Good, but I'd say its incorrect to use 'I am' on letters and emails most of the time. If it's not the first time 'this is' or otherwise 'my name is' is more common
