UPS に行って返品の手続きについて相談しました。不明点を確認させてください。

1. URL に記載されていた UPS の伝票はアメリカ国内用とのことでした。こちらは利用しないということで良いのでしょうか？
2. 輸送コストが 概算で¥25,000程度かかるそうです。商品よりも高いのですが問題ありませんか？
3. 関税が発生する可能性があるということだったのですが、荷受け時に支払って頂くことは可能でしょうか？
4. 金額が思ったより高いので、着払いを希望しています。可能でしょうか？

I have went to UPS and talked with them. Please let me ask a few questions.

1. The UPS slip in the URL seemed to be for the United States only(Not for over seas). Am I right that you are not using this?
2. Shipment pay will be approx. 25,000 yen. It is more than the amount of goods, but is this OK?
3. Custom duties might be charged. Can you pay them at the time of arrival?
4. The price is more then I expected. Will cash-on-delivery be OK?
