I had ordered a daiwa caldia 3000 reel. I received a daiwa freams 2000. That is a tottaly wrong real ( halh price and size of caldia 3000). Today I sent back the freams 2000 via ems. The tracking number is RE137304294GR. The shipping cost was 9,20 euros. There are two options. First option to send me the right reel ( caldia 3000) plus the shipping cost ( 9,20 euros). The second option is to fully refund me with out sending me the reel. I'm waiting for your answer.

DaiwaのリールCaldia 3000を注文しましたが、Freams 2000が届きました。全く違うリールです（価格もサイズもCaldia 3000の半分です）。今日、Freams 2000をEMSで返品しました。追跡番号はRE137304294GRです。送料は9,20ユーロです。２つの選択肢があります。正しいリール（Caldia 3000) と送料 （9,20 euros）を送っていただくか、リールを送らずに全額返金です。お返事をお待ちしています。
