Thank you for your review! While I agree with your reposition of the adverb "immediately", I must say that the addition of "some" is unnecessary as "I have stock" both accurately reflects the original and is as equally natural in English expression.

I gave you 4 stars because of the position of immediately, I didn't deduct you for the some in.
Its not wrong. I just thought "Because I have some in stock", or "Because I have stock available" may sound better. You can ignore it.
