私はSchommer氏へ荷物の返品を取り消します。
なぜならば、6月20日までに、商品を送り返しその追跡番号と配送業者名をPayPalに伝えれば、全額返金という話になっていましたが、その6月20日を過ぎてしまったからです。私はこの10日間、6月20日の締め切りに向けて、荷物の返品に努めましたが、御社とうまく連携が取れず、荷物の発送が間に合わなかったことをとても残念に思います。その荷物はしばらくそちらに保管しておいてもらい、他の荷物と一緒に日本に転送してもらいます。

I cancel the return of goods to Mr. Schommer.
This is because, the refund was applicable only if the tracking number and delivery company's name was given to PayPal by June 20, but this deadline has already being crossed, so there will be no refund.
I tried for 10 days for the return of goods to match for deadline of June 20, but it was very disappointing that the shipment of the goods wasn't in time due to lack of cooperation with your company.
I would prefer, if you keep the luggage over there for some days and then later on transfer it to Japan along with other goods.
