我々のアカウントで商品を出品できない問題について、先日質問しJack Wさんより回答を頂きました
彼の回答では、我々の商品が販売できないのは年末年始の期間中だけで、まもなく解決するだろうということでしたが現在においてもまだ状況は変わっておりません
商品の販売ページを見ると+ shipping (currently unavailable)という文字が表示され、低価格に修正しても上部に表示されず最下部に我々のショップが表示されます。
この問題はどうすれば解決しますか?
For the reason why our account cannot lit the items, we have received the replay in response from Mr. Jack W in response to our previous inquiry.
His reply stated that “we could not allow listing our item during the last year end and the beginning of this year, so your concern would be resolved soon”, but nothing has been changed until today.
When we visit our item page, the sentence “+ shipping (currently unavailable)” displayed, and even though we change the price to lower, our shop name is displayed at extreme lower side but not upper side of the screen.
What shall we do to resolve this issue?
