遅延について
調査しましたところ、弊社内部の事務手続きの不手際によるものであることが判明いたしました。
商品違いについて
担当者の不手際により伝票への記入の間違いがあったことです。

対策
従業員を増やし、仕入れ担当と出荷担当に作業員を分け
さらに、出荷予定の再確認、社内で二重のチェックを徹底してまいる所存でございます。

For delayed shipment; it was found to be mistake in the office routine.
For shipping wrong item; it was found to be mistake of our in charge filling the shipping request slip.


Action to be taken; we will increase the number of our staff and we will assign the separate staffs for the purchasing and the shipping.
In addition, we will conduct thorough crosschecking by establishing the system for reconfirmation of the item’s shipping schedule and others.
