お客様にお送りする商品はタグ付きの新品です。

商品につきましては、12月10日に日本の郵便局から航空便(追跡番号なし)で発送いたしましたので、お客様のところには遅くても12月24日には届くのが通常です。恐らく郵便局で商品を紛失したのではないかと思います。このため、商品を再送いたします。いましばらくお待ちください。
