そこで、以下の製品について米国内の公的検査機関の検査成績書等があれば提供いただけないでしょうか？こちらの書類があれば日本国内における検疫所の衛生検査を省略できます。

If you have any certificate from an official U.S. inspection authority to share with us, it would help us a lot. Such a certificate can eliminate the sanitary survay required by the quarantine here in Japan.

ありがとうございます。certificate は一つあればそれで済みそうな感じなのですが、どんなときでも複数にしないといけないのですかね？

こんにちは！そもそもどうして複数形にしたかというと、確実に必要なCertificateが必ずしも1種類とはかぎらないと思うからです。要はどういうものが必要なのかもはっきりしていない状態なので、そういう場合には複数で「Certificateとか」みたいな意味合いとして解釈すると思います。なので、Authoritiesについても同様です。
