商品の梱包でお願いがある。私は海外の商品を買う事がよくあるが、日本に届いた商品が破損している事が稀にある。
商品が破損していた場合、売り手、買い手両方が損をする。
だから、梱包は商品が壊れないようにできるだけ丁寧にお願いする。
商品の到着を楽しみにしている。

・○月○日に商品代金を支払ったが、○月○日現在まだ商品が届いていない。
商品を発送しないのであれば返金を要求する。

I'm really happy to purchase your items. I have a request about packaging. I often buy items overseas, but it occasionally happens that the items has been damaged. If the item has cracked, both seller and buyer are unhappy. Please kindly pack my items so that it won't get damage at all. I'm looking forward to receiving my items.

・I've paid for the item on "DATE", I haven't receive it. If you will not ship, I would like to claim for a refund.
