お世話になっております。先日落札しました商品が届きました。動作確認したところ、”ECHO”に設定すると、ボタンを押しても反応せず、ランプが何個も同時に点灯してしまいます。
また、”ECHO”に設定しますと、なぜか”TREBLE”が勝手に反応してしまいます。このような誤作動をしており、大変困っております。以前からあったものでしょうか？

I checked action, and found that if I et it "ECHO", it does not react even if I push button where lamps are turned on at the same time.

If we set "ECHO", "TREBLE" reacts automatically without reason.

We have this kind of troubles where we are at a loss. Have you had this kind of problem in the past also?
