Details: The item has not arrived as scheduled.From customer: I would like to report non-delivery of a package. I contacted the seller in Japan, however, I do not believe that it is their problem, as the package in question arrived at ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS) December 14, 2013 at 2:04 pm. After that, the package simply disappeared. There was no further tracking information provided. Please send a status update to the customer.
