中国における第２５類について
２０１３年５月２１日に中国特許庁に申請しました。認可されるまでに通常１２ヶ月必要だそうです。
しかしながら１１月１５日に提出した書類の照会がありましたので異例の早さで認可されるものと思っています。
ＩＲＥの証明書取得に際してお手数をお掛けし誠に有難うございました。
無事租税条約の届書を提出することが出来ました。
またＴＢブランドの住所変更などのための委任状をご送付頂き誠に有難うございました。無事手続きを完了いたしました。

For the 25th class in China
I had submitted to the Chinese Patent Office on May 21, 2013.
It seems to need 12 months usually until it is approved.
However, because there was the inquiry of the documents submitted to the November 15,I think it shall be approved as early as exceptional.
