先日購入したキーボード付きの iPad ケースですが、御社で「Dangerous Good prohibited to Destination Country」と判定されてしまいました。
同様の商品は多数あり、よく輸出入されていると思います。また、この商品は今後日本でも発売される予定と聞いています。御社の「Prohibited & Restricted Items」も確認しましたが、この判定をされた理由がわかりませんでした。大変恐縮ですが、理由を教えていただけますでしょうか？

We believe that there are many similar items and your company has been exporting and importing those items.
Also, we have heard that this item is also planned to be put on the market in Japan from now on.
Although we have conformed the “Prohibited & Restricted Items” of your company, but we could not understand why your company has determined this item in that way.
