先日購入したキーボード付きの iPad ケースですが、御社で「Dangerous Good prohibited to Destination Country」と判定されてしまいました。
同様の商品は多数あり、よく輸出入されていると思います。また、この商品は今後日本でも発売される予定と聞いています。御社の「Prohibited & Restricted Items」も確認しましたが、この判定をされた理由がわかりませんでした。大変恐縮ですが、理由を教えていただけますでしょうか？

There are many similar products that are exported frequently. I also heard that this product is planned to go on sale in Japan in the future.
