取引内容は以下のとおりです。

保管手数料が15％かかることに同意し、差額分＄1040.4
の返金をPayPal口座にお願いしました。
それにもかかわらす、一向に返金がされず、
何度かeBayから取引連絡したが、bankを確認して下さい。
と言われた。
確認したがやはり返金が無い。
誠実に対応して欲しい。

My name is Fukuyama. I requested refund support from ebay's transaction page.
The transaction details are as follows:

In order to ensure safe delivery there was a handling charge of 15%, making the difference worth $1040.40 taken from my PayPal account.
Nevertheless, I asked for a refund and was contacted by ebay several times about the transaction telling me to check my bank.
Although it was confirmed I will get a refund, there still has not been one.
Please respond in good faith.
