私は先日、新品の時計を購入しました。
新品であるはずの時計には無数のキズがあり、出品者の説明とは異なるため、この商品の返品をお願いしました。
しかし、この出品者は自分に責任はなく、配送業者の責任とする説明をしています。
しかし、今回のケースのように、出品者の説明と異なる商品が届いた場合は、送料含む全額を返金を要求する事ができるはずです。
私が商品を返品できるように助けてください。

I bought a new watch the other day.
Although it was supposed to be a "new" watch, the product I received had a number of scratches. This is different from what was described by the seller, so I told the seller that I would like to return it.
However, the seller told me that the scratches were not his/her fault and explain that the delivery company was responsible for the incident.
In my understanding, if the condition of a product that I receive is different from the seller's description, I can claim a full refund including shipping.
So I would like to ask your help so that I can return the watch to the seller and get refund.
