私の稚拙な英語力でご迷惑をおかけします。
お客様が言いたいことは、
送料を支払いたくないということで良いですか？
今回のようなケースは初めてですので、
私たちも困っているのです。
日本から送る方法は知っていますが、
アメリカ国内の輸送事情がよくわかりませんので、
前払いの輸送方法や送り先払いの方法を、
手配することが出来ないのです。
ですから、送っていただいた後の、
金額をお支払いをしたいとお願いをしています。

What I want to tell to the customers is that Is it Okay If I don't want to pay the shipping cost?
This case is the first so I am also uncomfortable about it.
I know about shipping method to Japan but I barely know about shipping in US inland
It is impossible to arrange shipmet method of prepayment and method of destination payment.
So, I want to make a payment after you ship goods to me
