1,商品の入荷を待ちますので、入荷次第発送をお願いします。

2,先日の商品ですが、現在も受け取れていません。調べた所、通関業者Aと通関の間にトラブルが発生したため通関ができない状態と解りました。
面倒なのでいったんそちらに返送して、B社で発送してもらう事はできますか？
Aでしか発送出来ない場合は通関できないため返品したいと思います。
宜しくお願いいたします。

2. I currently have not received the previous product. During my investigation, I found out that there was a trouble between the customs clearance of vendor A and customs so it is currently in a situation where customs cannot provide clearance.
Since this is quite complicated, can I return this back there and have Company B ship this instead?
I want to return the product if only A can ship the product since this would mean that it can't be cleared by customs.
