1,商品の入荷を待ちますので、入荷次第発送をお願いします。

2,先日の商品ですが、現在も受け取れていません。調べた所、通関業者Aと通関の間にトラブルが発生したため通関ができない状態と解りました。
面倒なのでいったんそちらに返送して、B社で発送してもらう事はできますか？
Aでしか発送出来ない場合は通関できないため返品したいと思います。

1. Since you're waiting for the items to arrive, please send them as soon as they do.

2. This is about the items from a few days ago but I still haven't received them. When I looked it up I saw that the status was that they couldn't clear customs due to some trouble that occurred between the customs agent A and clearance.
Since this is a problem, could you temporarily have them send it back to you and then send it through B?
If you can only send them through A then they can't clear customs and in that case I would like so return them.
