はじめまして。shoheihagiwaraと申します。翻訳レビューをさせていただき、何点か修正を加えさせていただきました。すべての点について説明すると長くなってしまうので、大きなポイントだけ以下、説明させてください。
まず、「at earliest stage」ですが、「近日中に」という原文でしたのでより近そうな「in a few days」に変えさせていただきました。「at the earliest stage」だと一番早い段階で、という意味となり若干意味が違うのかなと考えたのと、見ようによっては文書の早い段階、つまりは完成版ではなくドラフトを送りますとも取れるのではないかと思い変えさせていただきました。
それから「内部統制担当スタッフ」はmanagement officer よりも、より限定的なinternal control officerとしてみました。
最後にdiscuss on the commentsですが、この表現で良いとは思うのですが、直訳では「コメントについて議論する」と、少々ぶっきらぼうに聞こえるのではないかと思い、少し柔らかめな「見直す」という意味のある「review」に言い換えてみました。
