"Fleurir" is an acrylic product for nails made in Japan. I reckon that there might be people who are not familiar with "Fleurir" in Thailand but top manicurist Mr Masahiro Matsuura from a big Japanese brand will act as a special educator. The beautiful color tone and high control are unlike any other.
