以前注文した商品が到着しましたが、いくつか問題がありました。

R1 shallow Headを5個注文しましたが、4個しか届いていません。
全てebayで購入しました。5個の平均額である$291の返金をお願いします。

あと、R11s V2 9度を3個注文しましたが、全てV3でした。
1個$30、計$90の値引きを希望します。

別件ですが、以前注文したR11s 4Wについて質問があります。
市販品スペックに比べて重量が若干軽いです。
選手の要望で重量が軽量化されているという解釈でいいですか？

I received products I ordered before,but I am having some problem.
I ordered 5 of R1 shallow head,but I received only 4 of it.
I bought them all on ebay.Please refund $291 as the average amout of 5 pieces.
And I ordered 3 of R11s V2 9°、but All I received was V3.
I ask $90 discount as $30 per 1 piece.
The second,I have a question about R11s 4W I ordered before.
This item is a little lighter than spec of goods on the market.
Is it right that this item was made lighter for players needs?
