私はこれが1本の価格だと思いこの商品を出品していたがタイトルには12本パックだと記載がありました。また商品ページのユーザーの質問を見ていると1本が送られてきたり12本が送られてきたりとセラーの対応にそれぞれ違いがあるようです。
私はどの様に対応すべきかアマゾンの判断を教えて欲しい。

Re Order ID xx / ASIN zz:

I have been listing this item to sell by piece, assuming the price indicated is for a piece. However, I found the title describing 12 pieces a pack. Looking through the users' questions listed on the product page, I knew some received a piece and other did 12 pieces depending on the seller they bought from.
Please advise Amazon's opinion on how I should cope with this product.
