今日、私の倉庫会社からＤＨＬで荷物が手元に届きました。写真に掲載されているはずの指掛けが付属していません。どうしてですか？写真の状態と異なるものを私に送ったとの理解でいいですか？

I received the parcel from my warehouse by DHL today. The finger ring which was on the photo is not attached. Why? Am I correct that you sent me the different condition product with the picture?
