I would appreciate a full refund. Can you confirm that you will refund me upon receipt of the parcel?

On my end I am sorry for not realising that the fee to me for this parcel would be so huge. It was also not clear on your amazon page that I might incur such high import costs in the UK. Are you aware of these costs to your customers?

こちらとしても、この荷物にこんなに料金がかかるとは思わなかったのも悪いのですが。でも、Amazonの商品ページでも、輸入に際してイギリスでこんなに料金がかかることは、はっきり書いてはいなかったですよね。買った後でこんなに料金がかかるなんてこと、ご存知でしたか？
