Additional info: オークションで落札したチェンソーのスイッチが動作せず、クレームをつけた後の返信です。エンジンのアイドリング時にソーチェン（刃）が勝手に動いてしまうという問題が起こっています。

im very sorry you have a problem with the saw ..may i ask how much you have used it and why wait so long to say something ......what do you want to do ....im very sorry the interlock dont work ..if you would like i can tell you how to turn down your idle ...i am a certified stihl tech and and the idle was fine when i checked the saw .....i will check on price of a spring and let you know what one will cost
