We regret that the item purchased did not satisfy your needs. Please print, fill out, sign, and enclose this return form along with a copy of your Jomashop order. A return authorization is valid only if all of the following requirements are met:

- The item returned must be received at Jomashop within 30 days from when your order was shipped out of our warehouse.

- We cannot accept your RMA if your item shows signs of any use such as, scratches, links adjusted, nicks, chips, or any signs of wear.

- Jomashop must receive all items, merchandise packaging, and manuals, and security tags if applied to your item. Please do not use any tape on the original merchandise packaging.
