We regret that the item purchased did not satisfy your needs. Please print, fill out, sign, and enclose this return form along with a copy of your Jomashop order. A return authorization is valid only if all of the following requirements are met:

- The item returned must be received at Jomashop within 30 days from when your order was shipped out of our warehouse.

- We cannot accept your RMA if your item shows signs of any use such as, scratches, links adjusted, nicks, chips, or any signs of wear.

- Jomashop must receive all items, merchandise packaging, and manuals, and security tags if applied to your item. Please do not use any tape on the original merchandise packaging.

-返品商品は、貴方のご注文品が弊社の倉庫を出庫した日より３０日以内にJomashopに返送されなければなりません。

-もし返送商品に傷、改造、切り込み、欠けや摩損など、いかなる使用の痕が認められた場合は返品をお受けできません。

-Jomashopは全商品、梱包材、説明書、そして商品に付属している場合は盗難防止用タグを受領する必要があります。元の梱包材に、いかなるテープも貼付ないで下さい。
