Please follow the following steps when returning your merchandise:

- All returned items must be accompanied with completed and signed RMA paperwork.

- Place the original package into a shipping carton.

- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.

- The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.

- Please use a reliable shipping carrier, such as UPS, or FEDEX. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to Jomashop.

- This RMA number is valid for ten (10) days from 05/16/11.

商品返品は次の手順で行ってください：

－返品する全てのアイテムには記入済み及びサイン済みの返品保証（RMA）の書類が添付されていなければなりません。

－元の商品包装を発送用カートンに入れてください。

－インボイスを同梱し、返品の理由を書き添えてください。欠陥の場合はどのような欠陥かを記載してください。

－元のメーカーの商品包装にはステッカーや発送ラベルを貼り付けないでください。

－返品保証（RMA）番号を発送カートン上にはっきりと記載してください。そうでないと受取り拒否される場合があります。

－UPSやFEDEXなどの信頼ある発送業者を使ってください。Jomashopへのアイテム返品にかかる全ての発送料はお客様の責任でご負担ください。

－返品保証（RMA）番号は2011年5月16日から10日間有効です。
