Additional info: ビジネスの交渉メールです。先方が英語圏の方ではないので、できるだけ平易・明瞭な翻訳をお願い致します。

★概要
海外の貴金属加工メーカーに指輪のサンプルを製作して貰おうとしています。

指輪にはS,M,Lの３サイズがあり、それぞれ金型（モールド）が必要で、これまで、サンプルとしてSサイズの金型と指輪のサンプルを10本だけ製作できないか？と交渉していました。

メーカーから返信があり、
・金型は３つ一度に注文して欲しい。
・あまり少ないロットでは指輪を製作できない。
・初回のMOQは30本で良いが、2回目からは100本以上で。
と依頼がありました。

メーカー側の言い分ももっともなので、メーカーの言い分を飲むことにして、S,M,Lの金型製作と、各サイズを初回から35本ずつ、計105本でオーダーしようとしています。
(30本で注文するより、合計100本を超えると製造単価が大きく下がるためです）

これらを踏まえた上で、翻訳をお願い致します。
