商品が壊れてしまったのは、とても残念です。
日本の郵便局に補償の事を尋ねたら、EMSは保険適用があるとの事です。
保険の手続きはそちらの配達した運送会社に連絡して補償申請をして下さい。
発送元の日本では手続きが出来ないそうです。
ご面倒お掛けしますが、申請をして下さい。
