あと、３つのものを書くときは A, B and C でCの前にはカンマは要らないと思いますが？
All the products か All of the products か、どちらかな？と考えました。All of the にしたのは、今、話しにのぼっているものは全てそうだが、「全く違うラインの商品(革とは関係ない商品）があるかもしれない」と思ったからです。All the products だと、何もかも全て、ということですよね？違いましたっけ？
あれ？今、英辞郎見たら、All of the の方が「何もかも全て」のような気が？どっちでしたかしら？
この文脈ではどちらでもよいと思いますが、文脈によっては誤解を与える場合があるので、こうしたandの前にはカンマを常に入れるようにしています。
ちなみに下記のように最後の名詞の前にコンマがない場合「トム君、ピーターと僕は水泳に行ったよ。」とwentの主語がPeter and I になり誤解を招いてしまう場合があります。

カンマを入れれば「トムとピーターと僕は泳ぎに行ったよ。」という意味になるのは明確です。

そのため常に私は", and"とするようにしているところです。

調べたところall the products とall of the productsの違いはないように思いました。
しかし原則としてはall of の後は代名詞とか所有格が来るようですが今ではall the でも all of theのどちらも使用されているようです。
この文脈で「限定した製品のすべて」を表す場合all of those productsという表現でもよいかと思います。theだとどこからどこまでの範囲を表すのか難しいですが、thoseは近くのものを指すのでどのことを指しているか読者は分かると思います。なお、この場合は所有格thoseの後ですので確実にall of が正しいです。

ちなみにall of theseではなくall of thoseがいいかなあと思っています。
theseだとかなり限定してしまうのですが、thoseだと「例の」みたいに話題の中心になっているものを指す役割があるのでtheseよりthoseの方がいいのかもしれません。
