I entrust a contractor who specializes in overseas shipping for my product shipments. The items that you purchased were also entrusted to this contractor.
However, because in Japan we had a 3-day weekend it seems that shipments to this contractor were converged together and the shipping process was delayed.
I apologize but the expected shipment date to you will be later than anticipated.
I have contacted this contractor and requested that they ship your purchase out as quickly as possible.
I received a reply back from them that it will be shipped out tomorrow.
I apologize for making you have to wait but please give it just a little more time. I will contact you again once your order has been shipped.
