Additional info: 相手に送ったポスターの筒が半分に切断された状態で相手に届き、案の定その商品に傷が付いていてしまったので、新品と交換しました。
・最初の巻は漫画本の１巻と言う意味です。

貴方から返品して頂いたポスターは、写真で見るよりもずっと酷い傷が付いていました。
これは流石に酷いと思うので、郵便局に苦情を入れようと思います。
貴方にもお手数を掛けてしまい申し訳なかったです。
次回購入して頂けましたら何かオマケを付けさせて頂きますので、何卒ご容赦下さい。

このポスターは新品ですが、筒に入れられてない状態で渡されたので、持ち帰る際に付いた細かい傷があります。

最初の巻にはポストカードとペーパーが付いていた様な気がします。

This poster is a new product but it cannot be placed in the cylindrical container and was passed on as is so there were small damages when it was brought back.

I was worried when there were postcards and papers attached to the initial volume.
