Depending on the program, we will request it. We will send you a form upon reservation. Please fill out the information and send it back to us.

The program will be carried on unless there is a strong wind. If you don't wish to have the program in rain or if we decide to cancel outside activities due to an inclement weather, all the programs will be moved inside. We will charge 50% as a cancellation fee if you cancel due to rain.
