買い手の以前のクレームで私は200$を返金した。しかし約1ヶ月経過した10/28に再び商品のクレームを受けた。
何故24日間もしてからクレームを出したのか?初めから壊れていたのであれば1回目のクレームで言っているはず。24日間も商品の故障に気付かないのは不可解
別の問題は買い手が私にネガティブフィードバックをつけると何度も脅している事。今回私が再び返金したとしても買い手は3回目のクレームをつけてまた私を脅すかもしれない。買い手は何度も私を評価の件で脅す事が可能
最善の解決策を教えて

I reimbursed 200.00$ in response to the previous claim of the buyer. However, I have received the claim against the item again after passing one month.
I cannot understand why the buyer makes the claim after passing twenty four days. The new claim should have been included in the first claim if it was broken since the beginning.
There is another issue that the buyer has been intimidating me many times for leaving the negative feedback if I do not accept the claim.
If I accept the claim and reimburse again, the buyer may claim for the third time and demand for the reimbursement again. He can repeat the claim using the negative feedback as the way of intimidation.
