次の注文も出来ればしたいと思いますので、オススメの商品を持っているならば教えて下さい。ちなみに先日の商品ですが到着時に箱が潰れている事が良くありますので、箱だけ予備を同封してもらえますか？もしくは商品と箱を分けて梱包できますか？
You mentioned that the refund has been issued to the bank account, but since I am purchasing using a credit card, so is it alright to confirm this number with the credit company?

Please let me know if you have any recommended products as I am also thinking of being able to do my next purchase. By the way, there are a lot of instances wherein the box is heavily disfigured when the product arrives so can you prepare a spare box as well? Or is it possible to separate the packaging for the product and the box?
