何点か質問させてください。

1．画像以外のキャッシュが保存されるフォルダはありますか?ユーザーの削除や追加をしていたら、管理画面に入れなくなってしまいました
FTPでキャッシュを削除したいのです。画像のキャッシュの保存先は以下に見つました

2．会員登録のフルネーム欄ですが、アルファベット以外だとエラーになってしまいます
A-Za-z･･･などのような箇所をを自分で変更したいと考えています(他の言語で使用したいため)
ファイルの場所だけ教えて貰えますか?

1. Is there any folder that saves cashe except images? When I was deleting and adding users, it locked myself out from the management screen.
I would like to delete cashe with FTP. I found the save location below for images.

2. Regarding the full name section of the membership registration, an error occurs if I type other than alphabets. I'm thinking of changing the parts such as A-Za-z by myself (since I would like to use it in a different language).
Could you just tell me the location of the file?

3. Do you have a paid support?
