コメントありがとうございます。何点か修正後の訳に文法ミスがあるようですので訂正させてください。 I haven't received any reply→ haven't I received any reply, you didn't deal with →didn't you deal withこの2点は疑問文なので、上記のような順番になります。また、answer my inquiries は口語で普段から使用されていますが、なにか文法的に間違っていたでしょうか? 宜しくお願いします。

Yes, the correct translation should be "why haven't I received any reply yet?" and "why didn't you deal with this problem?". If it is a question, the subject should be after "haven't" and "didn't".
And also, "answer my inquiries" is correct. As for the usage of "answer to my inquiries", I should have put a verb in front of it. Ex: give/ find answers to my inquiries.
I am sorry for my mistake.
