'Please kindly answer me about the questions' and 'please give me a pronpt reply..." have rougly same meanings as the original translation. Please review meaning, not style of future translation texts.

When it refers to conforming or corresponding to, answer is a v.tr. Here is the example sentence: The suspect answers the description given by the police.

"Please kindly answer me about the questions", I'm sorry for adding "about" in the sentence. There is no need to add "about".
As for "provide a prompt reply", I agree with you that it is similar to "give me a prompt reply".
But I have googled its usage, and found out that most of the sentences are "provide a prompt reply to something ". For example, provide a prompt reply to my requests or provide a prompt reply to customer complains. Therefore, I think maybe it would be better to write : please provide a prompt reply to my email within 2 hours.
