私は、新品の商品を購入しましたが、
箱がかなりダメージを受けています。

輸送による、少々の箱のダメージであれば気になりませんが、
箱の内部にも大きなダメージがあり、なぜなのか気になっています。

私は、贈り物にするつもりで購入しましたが、
これでは、困ります。

箱を、私の日本の住所に送ってもらえますでしょうか？

I bought a brand-new product, however, the box is damaged.
I wouldn't mind a small damage being created during transportation, but there is a considerable damage inside the box and I don't have a clue how it could come from.

As I bought it for a gift, it is unacceptable.
