私のアカウントの購入履歴ではチケットの発送先の住所が宿泊先のホテルになっています。
しかし、昨日に届いた確認メールでは発送先の住所が自宅になっておりました。
私は発送先の住所を宿泊先のホテルの住所にしたいです。
アカウントの発送先の住所はホテルの住所になっているので、発送先の変更のしようがありません。
どのようにすれば発送先の住所を宿泊先のホテルにすることができますか？
それとも、そちらの確認メールの内容が間違っているのでしょうか？

According to the payment history on my account, the delivery address is the hotel that I'm staying.
However, the confirmation email that I have received yesterday stated that the delivery will be made to my home address.
I would like to change the delivery address to the hotel, but because it already states the hotel address on my account, there is no way for me to change it.

Or did the confirmation email state the wrong address?
