御連絡ありがとうございます。
別メールで見積もりを送ってもらったとありますが、私の所にはこのメール以外届いておらず、どうすればよいのかアドバイス願います。迷惑メールフォルダにも入っておりませんでした。
私は、ペイパルか、クレジットカードで支払うことができます。
英語が話せないので、インヴォイスを送ってもらう形にして頂けると嬉しいです。
それとも reference quote number is #454496150　というのがどこかにあるのでしょうか。

I haven't received anything other than an e-mail although you mention that you sent the quotation in other e-mail. Please advise what I should do. I can't find it in my nuisance e-mail folder as well.
I can pay via PayPal or a credit card.
As I can't speak English well, It would be nice if you send an invoice.
Or, is "reference quote number is #454496150" somewhere?
