私のビジョンは、１０年後、２０年後に、瞑想がフィットネストレーニングのように、当たり前のエクササイズになっている社会をつくることです。
そのために、社会的な影響力の大きい企業にマインドフルネスを浸透させたいです。
また、マインドフルネスと私の従来の仕事―エグゼクティブコーチングやアセスメントを使った組織開発―を組み合わせて、人々が本領を発揮することで組織の変容を促していきたいです。
