私はあなたのオークションに、入札ソフトを使って入札予約をしていましたが、昨夜、予約しているアイテムの確認をしていたら、画像に本体の凹みが映っていることに気づき、入札予約をキャンセルしたのですが、なぜか朝起きたら落札されていました。こちらの都合で本当に申し訳ないのですが、キャンセルさせて頂けないでしょうか。ご迷惑をお掛けすることになってほんとうにに申し訳ありません。

I used a bidding software for your auction, and when I was checking your item which I did advance booking with the software, I noticed that there was a dent in the main unit on the product image, so I cancelled the advance booking. But somehow when I woke up this morning and checked the item, I actually won the auction.
I am very sorry for this circumstances, but could you accept my cancellation?
